Planning Supervision


The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2003 (CDM) require the health and safety aspects of construction and demolition works to be effectively managed. SafetyNet Ltd has a wealth of experience acting as planning supervisors for major projects and as such, our PS work is a core service of our business. Our CDM team are professionally qualified, with formal health and safety at work qualifications. Clients should therefore be assured that our planning supervision services are first class.

We understand that the job requires tact, skill, professional knowledge and meticulous attention to detail. That is why we maintain a close working relationship with the Client, Design Team and the Principal Contractor to ensure coordination and management of health and safety on-site. We also have fully documented procedures to establish a clear CDM audit trail, which provides re-assurance to the Client that safety on site is being effectively managed.
