Aim of the Course:
The aim of this course is to raise awareness about the CDM Regulations 2003 as applied to Designers
Objectives:
To advise Designers of their legal responsibilities under the CDM Regulations 2003.
To provide the key skills necessary to enable Designers to carry out their functions under the Regulations.
To enable Designers to carry out Design Risk Assessments under the Regulations.
To advise Designers on the practical steps to be taken to fully comply with the law.
