The course will provide delegates with the knowledge & experience of the safety precautions and procedures for working safely at height in accordance with current legislation and guidance.

To provide employers and employees with the key skills to undertake suitable and sufficient risk assessments and method statements relating to their work activities.

To learn about the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations.
To understand the key duties and responsibilities placed upon employers under the regulations.
To enable managers to carry out suitable and sufficient risk assessments with regard to their organisations work activities.
To enable managers and employees to reduce risks at work by identifying hazards and selecting appropriate controls.
To undertake risk assessment exercises using appropriate examples.
