| Asbestos Management Owners and managers of buildings must ensure that premises are safe and without risks to health. As such, any asbestos containing material that may be present within their buildings must be located, identified, assessed and managed. This generally requires buildings to be formally surveyed so that an Asbestos Register can be developed for each site. The aim of this work is to ensure that asbestos cannot be inadvertently disturbed by tradesmen or occupiers of the building. Our consultants are fully qualified BIOH standards and are able to undertake formal asbestos surveys of client’s premises. Should any asbestos material be found, we carry out risk assessments to determine the appropriate course of action. |

| Sometimes asbestos material is in such a condition,
or in such a position that it needs to be removed. Should this be
the case we will manage the project on behalf of the Client. Our
management service deals with specification and contractual issues.
We also advise the Client on the competency of contractors and analytical
laboratories and we manage the removal works from start to finish.
